Description:

For this journal swap you will take a composition book with at least 100 pages (You don't have to write on both sides but you may find that you need to. But that means you should have a minimum of 100 pages filled out 25 for each challenge). It can be a handmade journal if you prefer but it must be the standard 7.5 x 9.75 inches that comp books are. The challenge for this journal is to do it in 4 different sections (so 25 pages of each challenge). Decorate the front and back of the journal if it is a plain one (normal black and white dots or any color of dots, solid color etc)

The first quarter of the journal should be A-Z about me =D ex: A- age, could be something you are into or fascinated by (ex I am fascinated by the Amish community) etc... B- birthday, bagels, beaches etc... and so on

The second quarter of the journal should be lists.... list of favorite books list of favorite movies list of favorite places list of favorite people lists of whatever you would like to list... If you can't come up with enough lists for this section you can pinterest or google lists there are all kinds of good ideas out there

The third quarter of the journal should be random facts about you through numbers... 1- I have one kid 2- I have two favorite colors purple and yellow 3- I have one kid but would love to have three etc...you should have at least 25 since there are 25 pages for this

The last quarter of the journal should be full of your favorite quotes.

Each section should be decorated as well but you don't have to decorate each page. You can use mixed media and make it as fancy as you want or you an use washi tapes, sketches, printed pics etc. Use your imagination there are no limits.

Since this is a time intensive swap and will take lots of thought I am going to say we have 3 months to finish (and will extend the time if need be). I am going to make this one a US swap only due to the cost of postage (but i you are interested in an international version you are more than welcome to host one...or contact me for a personal swap...)

You can add tuck-ins but it's not required

So recap: 1 partner 1 comp book 100 pages or handmade journal the same size Decorate the front and back if it is a plain comp book 4 sections/challenges: A-Z about me, lists, 1-25 about me (could be more than 25 but has to be at least 25), and your favorite quotes You need to decorate the pages (but not every single one). You can add tuck-ins but it's not required Have fun!

@Ilovemybabies7 does it have to be a comp book? Can I make the Book?

Ilovemybabies7 06/11/2020 #

I have been learning how to do that myself...I guess it can be homemade if it is the same size as a standard 7.5 x 9.75 comp book and has the 100 pages =D

@Nevi2018 I will make an exception and say you can do it as long as it is 6 inches since it seems you want to participate in this swap. Just make sure that it is 6 x 9 instead...if that works sign up and I will put it in the description so you won't be rated down =D

@Nevi2018 This is the one I have done https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKPAEELmXcM&t=904s

It's the only size I have done but I am sure it is very customizable =D
