I don't know about you but here things are quite busy and tough. And in all that I tend to forget the positive. This is why I remembered a swap I hosted some years ago.

The point is to bring some mindfulness and positivity into our lives and to share it with each other.

So what you have to do is: For 7 days in a row sit down each evening and write down three things that were positive in your day, things you enjoyed or are grateful for. You can write them in a note card, decorated paper or whatever you choose.

Then add a little cheer-up item for your partner...something flat and easy to mail. Of course it's nice to look at the profile. Think of things like a postcard, note card, tea bag, stickers, ATC etc.

Pack your 7 days notes and the cheer up item in an envelope and mail it off.

That's it.

You can start your notes when you join or after I assigned partners. But please do it for 7 days in a row. It's worth it not only for the swap but also for yourself maybe.

I gather each day should be a different note card or piece of paper. I love this idea! I will join closer to the time!

No one note card is enough. Or letter paper or whatever you have.
