Here are the requirements: * Standard ATC size (2.5 x. 3.5) Any style or medium but must include more than a picture glued to a card (be creative) It needs to be made by you Mail your card in a protective envelope or sleeve Ratings should be 5 if you received a vintage top hat themed ATC. Three if it didn't fit the rules. One if you didn't receive it.
