You will send 1 Halloween themed postcard to 3 partners. On the postcard, answer these 2 questions: How are you celebrating Halloween? If you're dressing up, what is your costume? Postcards should be sent written and stamped. Postcards should be store bought, new, and in good condition. Only send something you'd be happy receiving yourself. No recent 1's or 3's.
