Description:

This is a craft destash swap but not for paper crafts. There are several other swaps designed for destashing paper items. This is for swapping your leftover items from needlework, fabric and other types of crafts. For instance, I had to purchase 100 one inch wooden stars when I only needed 12 for my project. Or 100 green ornament hooks for my cross stitch ornaments when I only needed 3. Included would be things like small amounts of leftover yarn, floss, and trims like lace and ribbon or pieces of fabric, plastic canvas or Aida cloth. Also included would be things like sequins, beads, buttons or other embellishments. Please just make sure items are clean and usable. For fabric, plastic canvas or Aida, at least a 5" by 5" square. For yarn, at least enough for use in a granny square or scrap project (lets say 5 yards). For ribbon and other trim, at least 18".

So, for your partner, please pick at least 5 different items to send. It wouldn't hurt to look at their profile to see what type of crafting they do and you might even send something that would inspire them to try a new craft. I have something like that in mind for my partner.

In the spirit of recycling and re-using, please don't purchase a new padded envelope. You can if you want to, but I would encourage you to take some packaging that you got and re-purpose it for sending your items. Cut down one of those Amazon bubble bags, tape it up and send it off. Just be sure to have adequate postage.

Message me with any questions. No recent 1s or 3s please. If this swap goes well, I would like to do more of them, so if you receive things that you can't use, save them for the next round and pass them on.
