Description:
For this swap, you will make an ATC that features something in the theme "under the sea". It can be a real animal or scene, or a fantasy/made up sea sort of creation. ATC should be standard size with a sturdy backing. There should be a protective sleeve for it, and should contain more than just sticker. Please only join the swap if you can safely send out on time. Group rating applies, along with logging in three days before swap start with no late swaps on dash.
