Can you ever have enough stickers? If you think 'no', then this swap is for you! Ever fantasize about opening a full envelope overflowing with stickers? I know I do. :) This swap will be for the ginormous amount of 500 stickers! Think about opening an envie stuffed with tons of new stickers! I love picking through all the loose sticker swaps and decided I'd love to see a swap with more than the usual 50 or 100.

Please send quality stickers. Many of us collect them or use them for scrapbooking, etc. Torn and bent stickers make these things very difficult! When cutting stickers, please be sure not to cut off edges. Chances are every single sticker can't be the best sticker in the world, but you're definitely encouraged to try by making sure you read your partners' profiles and their likes/dislikes. :) The stickers may either be loose or on sheets, but there must be a total of 500. 5 small ones = 1.

Sorry, but this will be a regional swap and no newbies. Please have a rating of 4.9 or higher. No no-sends, flakers, or any sketchiness (I've had one too many torn and unusable stickers :( ). I'll be checking profiles.

This is my first time around hosting a swap, so if you have suggestions, comments, questions, etc., let me know! Other than that, hope you join and end up with tons of great new stickers! Oh, and good luck counting! LOL :)

Okay.. i think the amount is a little high. Who is going to want to count 500 stickers? I was going to sign up, but i cant do that many stickers all at once.

pooponwanny 02/17/2009 #

yea, it is a lot. maybe it is too much? but i recently did a swap for 350, and it was definitely a lot of counting lol, but at the same time, very worth it! ill see how it goes w/ signing up and maybe change the amt. later on if no one is joining. thx!

Yes 500 is a lot of stickers and counting. would be willing to sign up with a lesser amount say 200 or less.

ButterflyPrincess 02/17/2009 #

I would sign up for 200 stickers also.

MuzicChiq 02/17/2009 #

Yeah, 200 would be alright... but 500 is i think overboard

aghebert 02/18/2009 #

Im up for the challenge

I'd LOVE to join but live in Europe. Feel free to contact me if you're able to make 500 stickers swap overseas :)

I'm watching this one. 500 seems like a large amount, but think of the great package you'd get back. I will definitely sign up if I am current with everything when the date rolls around.

Count me in! :-) Can the stickers have words on them? For example: Merry Christmas, Happy Halloween, I Love You, etc??

80sElectropop 02/22/2009 #

Oh yeah, and since the sign up date and the send by date are two weeks apart, it would be pretty easy to count 25 stickers a day or so, put them in a bag, then count 25 the next day, and so on, until you get to 500. Easy peasy! :-)

pooponwanny 02/22/2009 #

yep, words should be fine unless you end up w/ a partner who doesn't want them, or something.

thanks for the idea! thought the two weeks might help w/ getting all the stickers together lol.

i think 500 is good then you will get allot of diffrent ones.

ButterflyPrincess 03/ 2/2009 #

What is considered small? You said 5 small stickers = 1 sticker.....?

ButterflyPrincess 03/ 2/2009 #

You want people t send 500 huge stickers?

pooponwanny 03/ 3/2009 #

well i think of small as smaller than a fingernail. but use your good judgment. for example, some sandylion stickers or kawii sticker will be about 1/2 the size of a fingernail. i would consider that tiny. you dont have to send huge stickers only. it can be any size.

HI Got my 500 stickers in baggies of 100. Took less than an hour. Had fun. Can't wait to swap them out. Thanks for hosting LIz

This is such a great swap idea. I hope my partner doesn't mind some of their stickers being brand new. I'm the type of person to hoard stickers and the like so alot of my stickers have yet to have been opened.
