Description:

I decided to stop doing most craft swaps. So I will be giving away my stash on a monthly basis to the person that I am partnered with. The only person who will be sending anything is me. I will be sending out a large flat rate box (or small and medium flat rate boxes), whichever I have available. It will contain random items so if you are fussy, this isn't the swap for you.

I have made this swap USA, due to cost. I hope everyone understands.

Each month I will assign a different question that you need to answer underneath the swap.

This month's question is do you celebrate Passover and/or Easter and if so what do you do? I recommend putting down your comment when you sign-up so that you don't forget.

Good luck everyone.

I celebrate both Passover and Easter as I was born Jewish and later converted to a born-again Christian; however I never forget my Jewish roots. I celebrate by sharing a nice dinner for both holidays with my son Billy. Happy Passover and/or Happy Easter to everyone!

I celebrate Easter with my family. We usually cook a big meal and spend time together. We also hide Easter eggs outside for the kids! Happy Easter and Happy Passover!!

This is really nice of you to do! I hope that you stopping most of your crafts is a positive thing. Either way, praying that you might find balance/peace in all your pursuits.

I am Jewish on my mom's side but have never celebrated Passover (though I understand the meaning - God bringing the Israelites out of Egyptian slavery). I wish my mom would have taught us more about Jewish culture!

I became Christian in 2015 so I celebrate Easter with my church. This year we are having an outdoor (socially-distanced) sunrise service which I am very excited about since I've never done an outdoor OR sunrise Easter.

My family didn't form any strong traditions, and I hope to change that when I have my own kids. Thanks for reading!

we celebrate with family, big ham dinner, egg hunts for little o es, lots of togetherness and chocolate. Years ago a new Easter dress and walk in woods with Mom, she would tell us what all the plants were.

We dye eggs with the kids, but the week after Easter when all the eggs (and different dye kits) are on sale, since we have a clan of children and we end up dying like 7 or 8 dozen eggs. And then we eat multicolored egg salad for two weeks, slowly working our way through our least favorite eggs down through our favorites. 😆💐🥚

I celebrate Easter/Resurrection Sunday. I go to church for Sunrise Service, Pancake Breakfast and regular church service time and sometimes teach in the Preschool class that Sunday. I like to give my grandchildren some kind of stuffed animal that is Easter related and either a basket of candy/toys/treats or a large chocolate bunny. We hide plastic eggs in the yard for the grandkids.

I’m happy to pay shipping I’m a Jehovah’s Witness so we have a different occasion called the Memorial (of Jesus’ death). It’s the one time of year we have bread and wine passed around, similar to Mass, but as we believe the vast majority of us are destined to live on a paradise earth rather than in heaven, very few people partake. Only a few thousand out of millions of JWs worldwide. We pass the bread and wine as Jesus said ‘keep doing this in remembrance of me’ at the Passover supper with his disciples. As that was once per year, we do the same. We did this by Zoom this year but usually we meet in our Kingdom Halls. We don’t do anything else to celebrate. No chicks or eggs or bunnies as those were originally pagan spring celebrations mixed in to Christianity.

I enjoyed reading everyone's comments. @Naeco , yes it is a good thing that I stopped crafting. Less stress. It's nice to know that there is someone out there like me.

We do not celebrate Easter like we did in the past as our family is pretty broken but this year I made Easter baskets for our 2 boys they are 19 and 31 lol and for my oldest son's girlfriend. Our 4 daughters and 3 grandbabies have nothing to do with us (our family is a mix of 6 kids 2 boys from different dads 4 girls 2 from one mom 2 from another so you can imagine the drama)but it was so funny watching my boys getting kiddie filled baskets..

I don't celebrate Easter in one day. For me, it's kind of an every-day realization of what Jesus did for me, what it cost Him & our Heavenly Father, and how believing in Jesus & turning from my sins to follow Him has changed my life for the better! Every day!

We are actually not supposed to celebrate Easter in my religion. However, I do spend time with my family on that day because some of my family members are Catholic. My mother was Catholic and my dad converted to Catholiscm in order to marry her. So as children, we did celebrate Easter. We would always do Easter egg hunts and have our little Easter baskets and everything my mom love filling them for us. Then she would make a really big dinner and dessert. Holidays at our house were always very exciting. Now that my mother has passed away things are different. This year I was at home with my dad but he grilled outside there wasn't a big dinner. It was a very lonely day actually. But I do have fun memories of childhood moments.

My family celebrates Easter! The night before Easter, my mother works on cooking and baking things so that they are ready for lunch on Easter Sunday! We then exchange cute little Easter themed gifts with candy. It is such a fun time, this year we didn't dye eggs, but we do some years when we are able to!

I do celebrate Easter. We usually have an easter egg hunt for the younger kids in the family. Then we all have a larger dinner together. This year we just had a small dinner and gave baskets to each other. Hopefully next year will be normal!

We celebrate Easter. Kids dye eggs the night before. Egg hunt the morning of Easter. Go to either my parents place or my In-Laws for dinner. The last 2 years we stayed home and I made an Easter dinner for my kids.
