Description:

We will be making a flowish style journal for our partner in this swap! I love sharing the things I have collected and I know I am not the only one :)

These cute journals are basically temporary vessels for creative bits to use in our own journals....the papers, embellishments etc. Nothing in our journal should be permanently affixed onto a page to allow our partner complete freedom in taking the goodies apart to use in their own junk journals!

If you are not familiar with what they are please visit the links below.

Linda Isreal's How to make a Flow ish Junk Journal

Bayside Creative Media's How to Make A Flowish Junk Journal

Liz the Paper Project's Flowish Junk Journal

The elements needed in our journals will be:

  • no smaller in size than 7" Γ— 5", some pages can of course be smaller but try to keep the majority of pages no smaller than this

  • a cover or something that can be used as a cover; it doesn't have to be fancy it just has to be a sturdier than your average cardstock paper.

  • at least 8 different papers folded in half

  • at least 4 different pockets/tuck spots, paperclipped in or in a baggy etc...not permanently on the pages

  • 1 envelope

  • 2 journal cards or journal spots

  • 2 tags

  • 3 shaped or altered/embellished paperclips

  • 1 baggy/paper sack, any size

  • at least 5 other extras; can be anything you want from fussy cut images to playing cards to tickets to diecuts

  • closure for a future journal; think ribbon, elastic, seam binding etc

The required elements can all be storebought or handmade.

The items are senders choice so they can be made up before partners are assigned. There is no theme or across the board colour scheme required. HOWEVER to make it profile specific or with a cohesive theme/colour never hurts either!

SWAPPER REQUIREMENTS

  • no late swaps on your dashboard

  • must sign in to SwapBot at least 48 hours before the sign up by date so I know you are still active

  • no recent 1's or 3's; no 1's owed to active swappers; no over abundance of 1's or 3's period no matter the age
