Description:
Here is a starter set that should include some sort water color as the background. How you interpret that is up to you. The key is that all 3 of the starters have to be part of the set but they don't have to be perfectly exact. You create the starter set and send to your partner who will be the middle and will send on to the finisher of their choice.
