YTPC: Cloth Cover Journal w/One Signature US ONLY

Hi swappers!

Let's follow Pam's tutorial, found HERE to create a journal with a cloth cover and 1 signature.

Journal should:

• have a cloth cover and cloth lining

• measure approximately 4.5" x 6.5" (a bit larger is fine)

• contain one set (signature) of a minimum of 12 unfolded paper pieces

• be bound at the center by sewing OR using some style of needle/thread binding

• have plenty of writing space

• have a few (at least 3) pockets or tuck spots inside

Pam does have another tutorial for a larger journal, which can be found HERE. In this tutorial, Pam shows how to bind the journal by hand-sewing.

Please use a sturdy fabric for the outer cover (quilted, upholstery, etc.) and a thinner fabric for the lining.

If you do not have a sewing machine, you may certainly hand-stitch with a running or blanket stitch around the edges.
