Hey everyone!

For this swap, make at least one flat origami model that can survive the mail. If it's really fragile, you might want to add a thin piece of cardboard to the envelope, but let's aim for sending an envelope rather than a bulky package.

Bear in mind I'm keeping it open internationally because this should be light, but if you're in the US and your partner is in a different country, for instance, you'll need 3 forever stamps to mail a regular weight envelope.

As far as what to make, I'm leaving it open, but linking some suggested flat ones I found on Pinterest. You can go with something complex and modular if you already know origami, but you can also keep it simple if this is a new thing for you.

Here is the link to my origami Pinterest board if you want to browse that yourself. Here are some choices I've narrowed down from those sources:

Simple butterfly
Cherry Blossom Some squish potential here (maybe better for a padded envelope?)
Seven flat options
Maple leaf
Lotus (This one looks complex)
Really simple bookmark (This one is easy enough you should put extra effort in, like multiple and/or fancy paper, etc)

And there are tons more options out there! You don't have to tailor it to your partner's profile necessarily, but make something nice that you would like to receive.

Open to newbies because I'll angel, but please have a filled-out profile and be active within a couple of days of the signup deadline.

I think that's it! Please enjoy! Maybe you'll learn something you can add as a fun extra for other swaps. :)
