You will send ONE ATC to your partner that has an element of sparkle to it. Its your choice to use jewels, sparkly washi tape, glitter, shiny buttons etc. •All Cards must be standard 2 1/2 " x 3 1/2 " •sturdy backing, should not be able to bend into a 'U' shape •any medium Have fun!
