Swap-Bot Organizational Private Swap

I know it sounds like a mouthful, but it seems that we could both benefit from a system to keep our swaps organized.

To accomplish this we will send each other 4 basic elements.

1. A way to organize or keep track of the swaps we joined.

2. A tote bag to keep craft items or swaps in.

3. Swap-bot necessities (pens, note cards address labels)

4. Craft supplies surprise (something we will use in our favorite crafts)

For our little boys we will swap 3 Matchbox cars.

Once car should be a utility vehicle like a bus, garbage truck, or fire engine.

One car should be picked out by our son’s (100% their choice!).

One car should be in the other boys favorite color.

I think a $20 limit should be ok, if need be we can always adjust.
