Hello and welcome! It's starting to warm up here in California which leads into our very short wonderful spring time temperatures which quickly give way into a scorching summer. In honor of the warmer weather, this swap is a tea swap that focuses on ICED tea. You will chose three different teabags that you think make an excellent iced tea, and you will send two recipes for cookies or cakes or crumpets or biscuits or any snack that you think will go well with iced tea. You will have two partners in this swap, each who will get three teabags and two recipes. This is limited to the US and Canada at the moment, as I don't yet want to figure out international tea restrictions. Make sure to look at your partner's profile to get an idea of what tea they'll like. Also, loose leaf tea is acceptable in this swap as long as it's in its own baggie and labeled. However, I would recommend asking your partner ahead of time if they like loose leaf tea, as some people prefer tea bags. Swap participants must have 5 completed swaps with at 4.5+ rating and no recent unresolved no-sends! At least 2 of those swaps need to be mail swaps that are packages - not just postcard or letters swaps. If you do not meet the requirements and would still like to participate, please contact me and I will make a decision on a case basis. A hint for some nice extras would be to include extras of each tea choice. I know I've received tea swaps before where I fell instantly in love and mourned not having more immediately. I just want to stress that this is an extra idea and not a requirement of the swap. Questions? Please ask! |
