Seven photos to shoot and send!
Send seven photos, one for each of those roads - it should be road in the sense that it is something that is used regularly for the purpose of travelling, not just a couple of random wheel- or footprints. Presentation and size are sender's choice (smaller photos weigh less, after all), but each of your photos should be at least ATC size (3.5"x2.5"). You can take a photo of the road itself, vehicles on road, a stop for vehicles using that kind of road, or anything else that associates with that kind of road. Photos should be professionally printed, unless your home printer is as good as that. Photos do not have to be taken specially for this swap - earlier photos are fine, as long as they have been taken by you. A big car-road: as big/wide road as you can find - hopefully at least 2+2 lanes. A small car-road: as small a something that is still meant to be used by cars that you can find - maybe not even paved. A bike/walk road: something that is not used by cars but only by bikes, walkers or both; may be paved and marked, may be a path just trodden in. A rail road: used by train, subway train or tram, or maybe you know of something else that uses rails? A water road: difficult to see, but you could take a picture of a harbour, a vessel on its way, or water showing where a boat just passed. An air road: similar to the last one but air instead of water; airports are usually off limits, a vapour trail would be alright. "But what about X?" road: a road/track/etc about which you wondered after reading about the previous ones why I haven't included that one. :) I'm purposefully not including any hints here, this is the place to let your imagination roam! For each photo, write down place, time taken and author of the photo (minimum country, year, and swap-bot username), but you can always write more information if you wish. With the last photo, please do also explain what kind of road it is and what made you think of this one. |
