Description:

Got ugly postcards? Got postcards that are old and yellowing? Ones you're hanging on to that just don't seem to fit any decent swaps? This is a good opportunity to use those kinds of postcards.

Start with ANY store-bought postcard. The twist to this swap will be this: instead of addressing the plain backside, we will put the address label, return address label (optional), and stamp on the front picture side of the postcard, while we doodle, draw, zentangle, stamp, paint, color, write quotes or poetry,(etc.) all over the backside. You have creative license for the back. Just be sure to use the whole back... (not just the "message" area)

Please either use address labels or a piece of paper with the address plainly written and taped well to the front.

Please keep it tactful and "G" rated!

Please remember to write the swap title and your swap-bot name along an edge of the once plain backside (or somewhere thereabouts) so you can be easily identified.

Keeping it simple: 1 postcard to 1 partner. International.

Newbies welcome! We all had to start somewhere! Just please have a profile that is full of wonderful information about yourself!

I'll weed out potential problem swappers.

Please rate a 5 if the card you receive meets swap requirements. This swap is not meant to judge artistic ability!

LOL! Do we write the swap title and our name on the original back of the postcard or the new back of the postcard? :-D

Good question! I'll edit that in... how 'bout we write it along an edge of the plain side that we are going to do our creative goodies to? I think it will be more legible that way.

Another possibility would be to add your info to the bottom of a return address "label" if you are including one.
