Christmas Swap USA to UK

Day 1: Write your partner a 1-page letter, introduce yourself and what you like to do this time of year. Talk about your traditions at Christmas time etc and include a season appropriate small flat item - senders choice (stickers, washi tape, notecard etc).

Day 2: Write on a Christmas card, a friendly hello, a verse from your favourite Christmas song or scripture if you think your swapee would appreciate it (please check their profile) and an easy recipe. Also include a flat profile-based surprise (stickers, washi tape, notecard, seasonal jokes etc).

Day 3: Write on a Christmas card or a themed post card etc, a friendly hello, with list of your favourite Christmas songs (please include a year if there are different versions). Also include a blank Christmas card or themed post card for them to send on (senders’ choice).

Day 4: Write on a Christmas card or a themed post card etc, with a memory or two of an event around this time in the past you wish to share. Include 3 things profile based that’s green in colour/theme, or from the list below:

• 1 wrapped tea bag (packaging must be green)
• 5 red post it notes
• 10 loose red stickers
• Washi tape samples wrapped 6 times around a playing card must be 3-4 samples
• 2 red envelopes
• 3 red ATC's papers

Day 5: Write on a Christmas card or a themed post card etc, a bible or inspirational verse that you think your swapee would appreciate. Include 3 things profile based that’s red in colour/theme, or from the list below:

• 1 wrapped tea bag (packaging must be red)
• 5 green post it notes
• 10 loose green stickers
• Washi tape samples wrapped 6 times around a playing card must be 3-4 samples
• 2 green envelopes
• 3 green ATC's papers

Day 6: Write on a Christmas card or a themed post card etc, a story about a decoration you own, or used to own and care about enough to share. Include a sender’s choice small decoration to add to their tree (homemade is fine and encouraged!)

Day 7: Write on a Christmas card or a themed post card etc, memories of your favourite Christmas present. Include some wrapping paper (at least one sheet).

Day 8: Write on a Christmas card or a themed post card etc, about some Christmas troubles/disasters (presents gone wrong, food gone before the day etc). Include a sender’s choice flat surprise coloured gold or silver or metal etc.

Day 9: Write on a Christmas card or a themed post card etc, what we are thankful for, and our goals for 2023. Feel free to include a surprise, but not required for this swap.

Day 10: Write on a Christmas card or a themed post card etc, your Christmas movie watch list. Include something edible that your received can munch on while watching a movie, perhaps one from your list! (Check out your partners profile for preferences/allergies etc.)

Day 11: Send your partner a Christmas card with Merry Christmas wishes- with glitter, if they do not forbid it in their profile. If it is, include some shredded paper, Christmas coloured :)

Day 12: Send your partner a wrapped gift that is £5.00/$5.00 in value. You may send a flat item/or gift card.
