YTPC: Safety Pin & Lace Embellishments

Hi swappers!

For this swap, you'll be following along with Cathy in THIS tutorial to create 2 safety pin/lace embellishments.

We're going to modify the tutorial in this way: NO BEADS STRUNG ON THE OPENING SIDE OF THE SAFETY PIN. I know it looks cute with the beads, but it defeats the purpose of using a pin if you can't actually pin it ;+)

Here are the requirements

• 2 safety pin embellishments to 1 partner

• large safety pins

• at least 2 layers of fabric/lace

• length between 2.5" and 3.5"

• beads, buttons, etc. are welcome

These look like something fun to make while sitting on the sofa watching TV!
