Ice Cream ATC--Newbies welcome

Since summer is on it's way, let's make ATC's to show our love of ice cream. Cones, sundae's, bars, any form of ice cream you llke. Be creative, bling is MOST welcome in all my crafting!

We will be sending 1 ATC to 4 different partners, can be the same or different, it's up to you!

Must have a rating of at least 4.5 and no NO SENDS in the last 3 months. If you've been rated low & it's not your fault, email me privately & we'll work it out. I will be checking, I might be able to angel if needed. Newbies: you are welcome, but must have a complete profile & promise to be patient when rating if you don't get your swap. :)

ATC's are of normal 2.5 x 3.5 size, sturdy, no flimsy paper, please. If you are making it thick with embellishments, remember if you are sending overseas you may need extra postage & please pack well.
