Description:

Hi swappers . . .

For this swap, we'll be going back to grade school days! You'll be carving a potato to create a potato print on your 1-page letter and your envelope!

Did you ever do this in grade school? I found a tutorial HERE that shows a very simple carve and print.

You needn't create a leaf print, or ANY print, really. Simply cut your potato in half and carve a few lines in the potato and, voila!, a shape! If you don't have any potatoes on hand, you can also use a cut apple or a pepper--just something to make a print.

Stamp your potato/etc. print on the letter once or multiple times--same with the envelope.

Hope you'll embrace your inner child and join in the fun.
