Description:

This is a very simple swap. For this swap you will make a mix with music from 1990-1999.

You will have two partners and it will be international. I will list some bands that were very prominent during those years as an example:

Pavement

Nirvana

Dinosaur Jr.

Sebadoh

Smashing Pumpkins

Elliott Smith

My Bloody Valentine

Silver Jews

Magnetic Fields

Neutral Milk Hotel

There are many more and these are just a few examples.

Make sure the specific songs you pick were all recorded or released from 1990-1999. Please don't just burn a CD and stick it in a case. Dress it up a little. Also, you must include a track list.

You must include 15 or more songs.

In order to join this swap, you must have at least a 4.8 and zero no sends in the last 6 months. Sometimes things get lost in the mail, or there's a lack of communication, but more than one is a sign of something else.

You also must have at least one or two mailed swaps. I can make exceptions for this though because sometimes people just don't rate. New people are allowed with a really well filled out profile. This includes having a picture and links to other sites you are a part of.

If someone flakes I will do my best to send a replacement. I will ban anyone that doesn't meet these requirements.

I really want to join this, but I dont like any of those bands mentioned......lol. Please see my profile for a list. I especially liked No Doubt and Boyz 2 Men.

Watching the swap while I wait for some ratings! Also: is the music sender's choice? I'm always happy to hear something different to what I normally listen to; I'm not overjoyed to buy new music that I don't like to go with someone else's taste..

How can you NOT like Nirvana? lol

@scrapkween I left a comment on your profile, but yes, any genre is fine.

@palacey Yes, it is sender's choice. As long as it was put out or recorded from 1990-1999.

@SheriFaerie I agree.

Candigirl and Findeerror, I have made you both a collection of my finest 90s music.... I hope they will be reminiscent of the era and bring back many a memory of the pre-millennium, revolutionary music that was created at the time for you both. Enjoy.:c)
