Description:

I saw alot of swaps for St. Patricks Day and other national holidays but haven't seen any for St. Georges Day (23rd April). I think its quite sad that this holiday isn't really celebrated and people don't seem to be proud of their English heritage anymore. So, I propose we send a St Georges Day themed card or postcard (it doesn't have to be anything fancy) to one partner just to say happy St. Georges Day! It can be handmade (I doubt you would find anything in stores anyway) and you can start making straight away :) Ideas could include the St George cross flag or anything that you think the English should be celebrating!

Newbies are totally welcome, just no flakers please! I'm going to make this regional to England for now unless I get a few requests for UK or international.

Please join :) This is my first time hosting a swap so I hope everything goes to plan! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Have fun and be proud!!

I would have liked this one, so next time (if you make it earlier) please consider making it International! Good luck with your fist "hosting"!

I did see a St. George's day greeting card in a shop last week. I was so amazed I screamed! Haha. This is a brilliant idea for a swap, I often complain about how the English celebrate St Paddy's day with more fervour than our own Patron Saint's.
