AiMA: Jazzed Envelope with Word for 2024 & Tuck In

2023 is coming to a close soon. For this swap we will be looking ahead to the coming year.

First, we will either make an envelope from a book page, a magazine page or whatever OR we will take a premade envelope and add some jazz to it. You can add collage, paint, stickers (as an addition, not just stickers please), washi tape, etc.

Inside the envelope we will add a note to our partner where we talk about our hopes for 2024. We will tell our partner about our choice (or choices if we haven’t fully decided yet) for our word for the year and what led us to choosing it. (If choosing a word for the year is new to you, it’s the deliberate choosing of one word to focus on for the year. Our choice is usually made to help us be mindful of a specific intention we set for ourself such as reminding ourself to be more ‘present’.) We can also include such things as holiday plans we have made, any big moves coming up or other such things. Please write a decent length note to your partner.

Lastly, choose a flat surprise for your partner. If possible select something from their profile likes. Think postcard, notecard w/envie, stickers, ephemera, die cuts, etc.
