Description:
Do you have lots of blue scrap paper from previous art attempts and want to put them to good use? This is the swap for you. Simply collage your scraps together to make an interesting pattern as the background for your ATC. Then using this blue background use any artistic technique to embellish the top. Make an interesting picture or theme, etc. Make two ATC's for two partners for a total of 4 ATC's. You must have a completed profile. Newbies are welcome.

I went thru my stuff and I dont have as many blue scraps as I thought I did. I'll have to remove my self but I will catch the next one :0)

Opps....disregard my comment. I didn't notice that that partners had already been picked. I guess I am gonna get really creative, LOL :0)
