I really want to start getting healthy this year, but like many others, I definitely need support of others. So I thought, why not make a swap and find pen pals! This swap is for anyone who wants to start getting healthy or already has been working towards a better them. Technically you will have two pen pals: the person that you will rate, and the person that will rate you. It is suggested that you also respond to the person that you will rate so that you can give them your support too. Here is what the swap entails: at least once a month each person will send their partner a letter. Included in this letter should be some facts about you and your weight loss goal, some recipes, tips and tricks, your exercise plans... ANYTHING. This will be a long swap so that we can see some real progress and see how much success you've both achieved! To get a five you must have sent your partner one letter, every month for a year. To get a heart, make it two, or include some recipes and weight loss tips that you've found have worked. Newbies are welcome with a filled out profile.
