'Gothic' shrine ATC

Hi, Alphenstamp. I looked at your picture trail page and really like your art and your ATCs in particular. This looks like a fun swap. I'd appreciate it if you would encourage people to look at their partners' profiles to get an idea of what sort of thing they'd like to see in a shrine; that may seem obvious, but I have been in swaps where people have sent me things that were pretty and pink and lacy and I think, whoa, they must not have looked at my profile at all.

So, that's just a suggestion, anyway. Having the word "gothic" in the name of the swap may keep away people who are into lacy pink things anyway!

Same for me too, I adore icons but am not religeous. Im spiritual and hopefully that comes thru on my profile too! Nice idea, Im in !

This will be something very new to me, but maybe it will jumpstart my creativity a bit, since I've been in a artistic funk/block lately... =+( I'd like a template though, if possible, or maybe there is a site where i could get one? susi , a fan of Alphenstamp's work! I found a template in my computer, I think that it is for ATCs, and if it is, I'll let you all know. I think I got it from lisa Vollrath's Go Make Something site, but I am not sure. susi

Hi, I have a rather foolish newbie question. Is the top of the atc itself to be cut in the gothic shape (thanks for the template by the way!)or is a gothic shape to be attached to the rectangle shape of the act? Thanks for your patience - I'm a slow learner sometimes.

Hi GypsySong, the top of the ATC must be cut in the gothic shape. And there are no 'foolish' questions! Only foolish people who don't dare to ask! :-)

Keri (Alleycat) I received my cards this morning and I have to tell you they ARE SIMPLY WONDERFUL!!!!! I just adore them, hope you scanned them to post cos my scanners jiggered and I wont be able to scan them till I get back to work after this sick leave Im on ( small foot op thats all.......brain and fingers working fine lol) Thankyou SO much. I can't stick them in a folder, they HAVE to be framed, us cat-a-holics will understand once they are posted to show. xxx

Linie, glad that you liked them, they were so much fun to do. I can't scan anything, I don't even have a computer, I use the computers at my local library branch...something I'm hoping to rectify by the end of summer...I just can't afford anything right now, I'm going through some major dental work, my van is 12 yrs old...the bills keep on coming...so what else is new?

Didn't receive from Kimmie and her file has been deleted. But I really liked seeing the uploaded photos and receiving from Alphenstamp! What a talented group we have!
