SP: Poetry Share Notecard

Long time no swap! We apologize for the lack of group activity and swaps over the past year, but if you're still around I hope you will join in on this swap where we will share a poem with each other. There will be more swaps to come as well so keep an eye on the group if you're interested in some stress-free swapping fun!

SP: Poetry Share Notecard

For this type 2 swap, you will send to 1 partner. Take any nice blank notecard (sender's choice, may be store bought or nicely handmade) and write (or type if you need/prefer to) a poem of your choice. If your poem is typed or it's a long one you can do this on a separate sheet of paper and either glue/washi tape the paper inside the card if it'll fit or include it folded up inside the card.

The poem may be one you have written yourself, or any poem written by another that you like and want to share. Any style of poetry is welcome. Please make sure you include the title of the poem as well as the author! As usual you should include the swap name and your username for ease of rating. If there is room left in your card (or if you have your poem on a separate sheet of paper) please also write a note to your partner relating to the poem you chose: why you like it (or wrote it,) how you found it, something else poetry related. No tuck-ins required for this swap!

In addition to the poem, you should also decorate the envelope you are sending in some way. It doesn't have to be elaborate mail art, but it should be something fun to look at. Add some washi tape, stickers, doodles, paint, rubber stamps, use a handmade envelope etc. whatever you like, just do not send in a plain envelope! Please use real stamps and not metered postage.

So to briefly sum it up: 1 notecard with a poem inside a decorated envelope to 1 partner. You should rate a 5 if these requirements are met, the heart is up to you. If they are not, please contact me before rating your partner down to discuss!
