Tea card/Cigarette card Index card Swap

If you are like me, you have a bit of a collection of cigarette or tea cards in your craft stash. Two examples are described at the bottom.

I thought it would be fun to have a swap featuring one of these little cards. So let's make an index card (size 3 x 5) incorporating a cigarette or tea card into the design. Many of the cards featured birds and flowers, which most of mine are. But they could also feature famous people, sports figures, vintage cars, etc.

So one index card with a cigarette or tea card on it for one partner. If you do not have any of these cards, please message me and I will send you a couple to use. Be sure to include your address.

Cigarette cards are trading cards issued by tobacco manufacturers to stiffen cigarettepackaging and advertise cigarette brands. Between 1875 and the 1940s, cigarette companies often included collectible cards with their packages of cigarettes.

Brooke Bond Tea Cards have a rich history dating back to the mid-20th century. The cards were initially introduced as promotional items inside packs of Brooke Bond Tea in the United Kingdom.
