CDN Swappers: Destash Box

It is that time of year again....free parcel shipping Tuesdays with Canada Post! This year every Tuesday in October they will give anyone signed up for a Small Business account free parcel shipping for "(1) free package using either Expedited ParcelTM (up to 5 kg) or Tracked PacketTM – U.S.A. (up to 2 kg)." You MUST be signed up as a small business with them and you must use their promo codes when "buying" the postage from them online.

I thought it would be great fun to send out a box of crafty destash items to a fellow Canadian because....free shipping right?!

The items can be anything you wish to include for your partner but please try to stick mainly to crafty & swap type supplies. No household goods like utensils, novels, cups, movies, etc. For items to send think of all the things we use in our crafts like stamps, scrapbook papers, postcards, book pages, vintage ephemera, ribbons, atc sleeves, envelopes, stickers, washi, etc etc.

All items are senders choice but please do try to be a good swap partner and at least check your partners profile for any known allergies or triggers. Like don't send them vanilla tea if they are allergic to vanilla etc or don't send them a booklet of clown stickers if they say they are super scared of clowns.

Please do not send anything broke, damages, dirty, or smelly! It is however ok to send partially or previously used items provided they are still in good shape.

The dates I have chosen for this swap will give us 2 Tuesdays on which to create our free shipping labels for our destash boxes (the 22nd and the 29th).

SWAPPER REQUIREMENTS

• no overdue swaps on your dashboard
• no recent 3's unless upgraded from a 1
• no 1's owed to an active swapper
• you must sign on to SwapBot at least 48 hours prior to the sign up by date otherwise you could be removed from the swap due to being inactive
