INTERNATIONAL You can interpret this however you like, but the work must include ribbon (any medium). Be imaginative and enjoy. Send 1 ATC to each of your 3 partners for a total of 3 ATCs to make. New swappers are welcome with a filled out profile. All other must have 4.8 or higher. Also, please have signed in at least a week before I assign partners. I get leery of letting people in who havenâ€™t been on-line for a while. Again, you can interpret â€œribbonâ€ however you as the sender would like.
