The Snap Happy group focuses on photography, and--as a way of promoting the group--this round of its open theme photo swap will be public. You do not need to be a member of Snap Happy to join this swap; but if you like swapping photographs, maybe you'd like to join us in the group, as well? Each participant will have 2 partners and will send each partner 1 photo. Subject and type of photograph sent is entirely sender's choice. Any kind of camera, any size print, any degree of digital alteration (or none at all). The only parameters are that the photo should be taken by you, should be sent in an envelope, and should be a good quality print of the kind that you would be happy to receive yourself. Other details: 1. This is an international swap. 2. For this swap unrated swappers with filled out profiles are welcome. 3. Rated swappers should have a rating of 4.95 or higher. Use this swap as an incentive to take some new shots or as an opportunity to share an old favorite.... And, of course, happy snapping!

I just wanted to say I will be sending at least a 5x7 inch prints and would like to receive the same. :)

Hello, AttackofSteph--It's fine for you to send whatever size you like, but this swap really is set up as "sender's choice," so I feel like you're putting your partners in a potentially uncomfortable position with your request. What if they order 4 x 6 prints before partners are assigned? Or what if they want to send Polaroid shots? They should be allowed to do that and shouldn't feel like they're partner will be dissatisfied with their choice.
