Description:

Rather than count out oodles of stickers, I though it would be easier to send them based on weight. Please send each of your two partners 1 oz of assorted stickers in a variety of subjects, colors, shapes, designs, etc. They can be scrapbooking acid free stickers in original packaging, or partial sheets or individual stickers cut out of larger sheets. Please no sticker flakes, send self adhesive ones. Send extra stickers for hearts.

If you don't have a postage scale, check out this website for instructions on a DIY postal scale:

Stickers are senders choice, but as always, if you can tailor it to your partners profile that would be great.

Newbies Welcome! All others a rating of 4.5 or above please. US only.

Sticker flakes are self adhesive, is there another reason why they are not allowed? Just curious.

Omg thanks for that link I never thought of that. I will definetly be using it instead of guessing with 5 quarters and my hands

okay i am really sumb lol, so about how many stickers are 1 ounce? approx how many sticker sheets so i can see about how many is an ounce? maybe i can just send extras since i dont have a scale for that stuff

Why not sticker flakes? What if your partner likes them?

Michell408 07/ 6/2009 #

By sticker flakes I meant the paper lick'em kind. If your partner likes them go ahead. About 7 standard 5" x 6" sticker sheets is roughly an ounce.

I'm a newbie and this will be my first swap, so I'm sure I'll have bunches of questions, but for now just 2. First do they need to be scrapbook stickers? I use generic stickers for most of my scraping so thats what I have lots of. And question # 2 the type listed as a package or craft means I need to mail them in a padded envelope or box and not a normal envelope? Thanks

ostera15: any stickers except for the lick 'em kind is what I meant. Generic stickers are fine. You can mail them in a regular envelope unless you are sending lots of 3-D ones (like Jolee brand scrapbooking type embellishment stickers) then I would recommend a padded envelope.
