Management encourages that swappers email tasteful, respectful and non-offensive type material (i think that usually goes without saying but it's worth the mention). The objective is to share stuff that you think is cool and interesting, maybe some great ideas or perhaps just things that you like or enjoy. It's a very open swap.

What warrents swappers being rated a heart?

Thats a great question. Maybe swappers could include with their links some reasons why each link is worth sharing. Maybe swappers could include their own blog to share, or a flickr link of their creations... Once again i'll let the swappers decide what they perceive is a heart worthy swap!
