You have PLENTY of time for this one!!! Hanukah starts the evening of Wednesday, December 11th or 25th of Kislev, 5770. ;) In this swap we will send one partner one handmade gift for each night of Hanukah. That means you'll have 8 gifts to open and create! These can be small gifts of course, all handmade, but you must send one very special gift for the first night and make sure to include a note to indicate it, and each gift must be gift wrapped. You can number them if you want, but it isn't necessary (only the gift for the first night should be labeled in some way). Some artsy examples: Gift Tags Matzoh or Challah Cover Kippah ACEO/Art Notecards Jewelry Hamsa (beaded, decorated, etc!) Polymer Clay beads, jewelry or sculpture, etc. Tzedaka Box or decorated box Bookmarks And, of course, any traditional or non traditional Judaica items! If you can create it, it should go on the list! ;) Please make sure that each gift is different and special in its own way. Nitty-gritty: You must have at least a 4.8 with absolutely no no-sends, and at least 5 package swaps completed. You must check out your partner's profile and make sure you send something they will enjoy (and are not allergic to!). It's difficult to put a price on handmade, but you know what you're work is worth and it should be somewhere between $10-$20. (Only more if you are able - I know times are tough for everyone, that's why I thought a handmade swap might be a bit more affordable.) Happy Hanukah! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments! Big thanks to LINBUR0100! |
