Hello again everyone! This is a little twist on the other Swap Scenic Postcards #2 -- join both, if you want! This international swap is one of a series of swaps for store-bought only postcards. Just another way to expand your collection! The challenge of these swaps are to meet the postcard requirements...these are not those 'anything-goes' swaps, as I know there are postcard collectors with some pretty specific postcard preferences. This particular swap is for scenic postcards. A scenic postcard for this swap is defined as a single actual photograph (not multiview) of an attractive landscape anywhere in the world. The landscape can be urban, rural, cultural, ancient...whatever appeals to you. You will send 3 postcards to each of your 2 partners, for a total of 6 postcards. These should be sent unwritten in an envelope. While not obligated to do so, it would be nice to include a little note about the postcards or yourself or whatever. This swap is open to everyone, although I reserve the right to ban swappers who I may conclude based on ratings may not fulfill the swap obligations. Newbies must have a completed profile. If you believe that you have been rated unfairly in the past, please PM me. Don't forget to include the swap name and your swap-bot username on the postcard, so your partners can easily rate you! For you newbies, how it works in a nutshell is that after the sign-up date has passed, you will soon be notified via email that it's time to start swapping and that partners have been assigned. Partner addresses will then be available here for you linked on this swap page, and you will need to mail your postcards by the swap date. Have fun and happy swapping! |
