Halloween Altered Art Supplies

It's never too early to start working on your altered Halloween creations! This swap is open to members living in the US and Canada. You will have just one partner to spoil! You must have a rating of 5.0 and have participated in and rated for at least 10 swap-bot swaps.

You will fill an 8.5"x11" sized bubble envelope with oodles of Halloween themed goodies that your partner could use with his/her altered creations! I hate setting a price limit, but you should spend a minimum of at least $8 - $10 (not including shipping cost).

I will be checking profiles and will ban any members who don't meet the requirements. I know what it's liked to have been flaked on with a swap. This swap is for dedicated, honest swappers only.
