Description:
This is the First in a series of "Who" themed dotees. Each month I will have a new "Who" dotee. This month is "You"- Who. Make a Dotee reflecting who you are. Where you are from, what you like doing, your Favorite color. Anything that reflects who you are. Write a note card telling a little about your choices and "Who" you are. You will be making one dotee for one partner The normal dotee size does apply here I believe it is 4-6 inches. Tail and hanger do apply. Everyone needs to have a 4.8 or Higher and no no sends in the past 3 months from the date partners are assigned. This is international since it doesn't cost much to send a dotee.
