8 years ago on September 11th, the world changed as we knew it. And everyone remembers where they were, who they with and some of the things that happened in the days to follow to them personally! It effected not just Americans but the world. For this swap, you will have 3 partners. You will send each person a PC telling them where you were, who you were with, how 9/11 effected you. You can send the cards as is, in the mail or if you have more to tell than what a postcard could hold, send it in an envelope. This swap is international. Please have a rating of 4.8 or above. I am making the send by date on September 11th. Please TRY to have them post marked for ON the 11th if at all possible. Have them hand stamped inside the post office.

If anyone is sending to me and happens to read this, I would be happy if you would mail it ON Sept 11, so the postmark will reflect the date being remembered. This would just be an added bonus. I will enjoy the cards no matter when they are postmarked. :)

I think it's a great idea too. Even if you put it in an envelope, you could save that.

Hi there! I was wondering if I could write a letter rather than a postcard. Becuase I do have alot to say about this! It's kind of huge for me and in a way my whole life at the moment is based on it. I can include a postcard in with my letter, but I would really like to write a letter is that would be ok. Please let me know

I think a letter would be nice to get or send. The swap does call for a postcard, so maybe a card should be included in the envelope, also.

yeah a letter is fine. that is what i meant by the sending a postcard in an envelope. some people do have more than others to say.

I sent my cards on Sept. 11th but couldn't mark here that they were sent until tonight because we were away for a wedding. ~Gail
