Easy As Pie Apron Swap

"Can she bake a cherry pie, Billy boy, Billy boy? Can she bake a cherry pie, darling Billy?"

What's easier than baking pie? Why, making an apron to send to your swap partner, with a theme of, you guessed it, PIE!!

What's your favorite pie? Cherry? Pumpkin? Apple? Blueberry? And how would you evoke that pie in the form of an apron?

That's your challenge for this apron swap. You will make or buy and send one handmade apron to your partner that relates in some way to one of your your favorite pies. Along with the apron, tuck in a recipe for a home baked pie, and another small kitchen- or baking-related item, and we've got an Easy As pie Apron Swap!!!

The apron, by the way, is sender's choice as to whether it's half apron or full apron, and you can use whatever pattern you like most. I strongly suggest contacting your assigned partner and getting a waist measurement before making your apron, though. That's just courtesy and common sense. I once received an apron with strings that totaled 18inches. Not on each side, mind you. 18inches might fit a child, but it fits very few adults. Or feel free to leave a comment in the comment section if you'd like about waist measurement.

IN SUMMARY, YOU WILL BE SENDING TO ONE PARTNER:

• 1 pie recipe (feel free to include other recipes or more than 1 as well, but send at least 1 pie recipe)
• 1 handmade (can be purchased) apron that that shows a "PIE" theme in some way (please put forth your best effort!)
• 1 small kitchen- or baking- related gift item (pot holder, wooden spoon, towel to match apron, pie plate, etc.)

The Fine Print: I'm sorry; no newbies. I have been burned SO MANY times on this one that I cannot make any exceptions.

This one is international because the packages can be small. If anyone finds the possibility of being matched up with an international partner a real challenge, message me and we'll work something out.

I will ban any swapper with ratings I deem questionable. If you have less than 4.75, please don't sign up.

I WILL go through the list and review each and every profile, and make adjustments as I deem necessary for a fun and enjoyable swap for everyone.
