Me by Me: Old Photo

This is the next swap in a series of swaps that I am going to do that will be an impetus for us to write about ourselves for posterity - our memoir. Everyone has those stories and things that get passed down generation to generation, and when this is through you'll have collected information for your own little "Me by Me" autobiography of sorts while sharing your story with other friendly swappers!

This is an email swap that takes a little bit of work.

ME BY ME: OLD PHOTO

For this Me by Me, you will find an old photo and write about the memories that come to you by looking at the photo. It can be from any point in your life (childhood, wedding, holidays, etc) as long as it's at least a decade old. Tell us where it took place, who is in the photos, how you were feeling when the photo was taken, or maybe some world or local events that were going on around the same time the photo was taken. Let the photo stimulate your memory, which always brings back more memories!

Please attach or provide a link to the photo if possible with your memories!

IDEA: You could start a "Me by Me" journal and print out your answers after each swap, and start collecting them so that at the end you'll have a great little book of memories to share with your family and/or friends about YOU!
