Quick and Easy Fiber Swap

Easy as pie, we'll be swapping 5 one yard pieces of fiber suitable for crazy quilting. These can be fibers for embroidering seamlines or couching. No plain cotton embroidery threads or plain perle cotton, also no plain satin craft ribbon. Label each selection with manufacturer and colour name or number if possible. Some suggestions:

Hand dyed embroidery threads (again no plain solid colours)

silk embroidery thread

silk ribbon

novelty yarns

French wire edged ribbon (again not the craft store variety, french ribbon is generally softer and more pliable and comes in stunning colours)
