Description:

For the New Year, I thought it might be fun to start a series of smaller projects that can be made in a weekend.

For the first project, you will be making 1 embroidered dish towel or flour sack for your partner. You can pre-purchase a dish towel or flour sack towel or make your own out of cotton. A typical size for purchased dishtowel is in the 20Ò€ x 28Ò€ range. The towel should have some hand embroidery or stitchery on them.

Requirements, 4.8 or higher, no recent 1s or 3s. Sign-ups by January 1st, send out by January 31st.

Free Patterns/Inspiration:

Free patterns by Bird Brain (not sure how long they will be downloadable, so if youÒ€ℒre interested download before the end of the year)

I've appliqued teatowels (that's what we call them downunder:) but never embroidered one so I guess I'll bite the bullet and have a go.

I think we call them teatowels, too! It's a fun project, I'm glad people are joining!
