Take into consideration the feelings of others in your thoughts and deeds." author unknown When I read this quote, I thought it would be a great basis for a monthly swap. This is the first in a series. You will show your kindness to your partner by putting together a thoughtful package. Small gift items, stationary, books, swap cards, dotees, etc. The ideas are endless. Items can be handmade or store bought, but value should be in the $5-$8 range. A quick note about quality - only send items that you would be overjoyed to receive. Guidelines: Must have been rated for 10 separate snail mail swaps, 4.8 rating or higher, no 1's or 3's within the past 6 months without a valid explanation, known non-raters may also be banned. Make sure your profile is WELL filled out. Just in case your partner wants to send profile based items.

What are "swap cards"? I hear this term a lot. They aren't the same thing as ATCs are they?

Swap cards are like business cards, listing the swap name, the sender's name, etc. There is a thread in the forums right now discussing swap cards.
