Description:

I got the idea for this from a mix cd swap me and my friend did in highschool. You will make a mix cd for each of your two partners.. Id doesnt matter what kind of music it is, but each song must have an animal name in either the title or the song itsself. You can only use the same animal name twice, try to get a variety of animals :] You do not have to send it in a clear case unless you want to, but send it in a slip cover, or folded paper or something so that it will not get scratched. A track list is mandatory, along with the animal in each song. Cover art is up to you :] 4.9+ Newbies message me to join.

Seems like a lot of fun. :)

I just realized... I got a little over-excited and my mix is way too long for a standard CD. Do people generally prefer regular CDs over MP3-cds? If so, I will re-do my mix so it's 80 minutes.

I personally prefer regular CDs because.. I guess it's easier to play in a regular CD player? But then again, mp3s mean more songs, more music! So it's not really that important.

Um.. I think it should be regular cds, just because some cd players and computers dont read mp3s. Youre welcome to stard an mp3 one though, or maybe do a private mp3 swap with someone :]

Yeah, that's probably a good idea. Since I'm from Finland, I thought it would be fun to add some Finnish animal songs in my CDs.. Is that OK? Or do they all have to be in English?

revolutionoise 02/11/2010 #

Finnish songs are good :]

I think music from the sender's country is an awesome idea. This is an international swap and you aren't always going to listen to English music.
