Make me an ATC kit Round 2

I was so inspired by all of the ATC kits I received in Round 1 I had an intense NEED for Round 2! I contacted TAnn (original organizer) and she gave me permission! Also, Im going to create a swap for all of the ATCs we created for the first kits!

For this swap you will need to make up a kit of items that can be used to make ATCs for your 3 partners.

Your kit should include the following.

* 5 sturdy ATC blanks
* 10 ATC sized pieces of patterned paper
* A selection of small printed images
* A few small embellishments
* A surprise item

These are the minimum requirements, it is up to you if you wish to send more.

Also it would be nice but not essential if your kit was packaged in a nice box or tin.

This is an international swap so please be aware that you may have to post overseas.
