If we go over 98 cents, is that OK? I have a habit of doing that. Plus, it's hard when you don't have a postage scale.

Yes, if you go over .98 cents that is fine...it is I believe .98 cents to send from the u.s to another country.

Yeah, in Canada, international postage is like, an automatic $1.70.

aussie postage overseas for letters is $2.10:)
