The cover pictured really intrigued me. I love the way the artist made the picture look "new" and fresh yet still holding onto that vintage style.

For this swap you will have 1 partner and to that partner you will send 1 vintage photograph (cabinet card, photo in mat or other heavy suitable paper framing). The photograph should be embellished in Somerset Style (flowers/fabric/mixed media etc. etc. etc) Make sure everything is adhered well..don't want anything falling off in the mail.

No recent no sends. No flakers. No "sticker slapping". This should be a nice work that someone would want in their home.

Are we doing just the photograph or developing a page around it, too? And if so, what size? :-)

I would say just the photograph as long as the photograph has a border around it. (meaning it is in a mat, cardboard frame etc.) I think no smaller than 4X6 and no larger than 8X10. The one I am using is a heavy photo 4X6 but the photo is printed in the middle of a larger heavy paper. If you have a photo with no border or "extra" to work with go ahead and mount to a larger substrate so you have room for your doo-dads. Hope this is clearer than mud?!? :D
