Description:
Make TWO ATCS for ONE partner. Put your best bonnet on for the Easter Parade! Make your atcs sturdy. You can have one hat or more on your atcs but you must have at least one hat. just in case atc size is 2.5 x 3.5. Please have a rating of 4.9. I will check ratings and ban any iffy swappers. Any questions you can always pm me.

Is it okay if there is a person wearing a bonnet? Or should it only be a bonnet by itself?
