Create 1 ATC for 1 partner using one or more "textures" in your design. Be creative....try a new technique...the sky is the limit!! The entire ATC does not have to be in a vintage theme, however, please include at least one true vintage element in your design..could be ephemera, buttons, vintage jewelry, lace, etc. Have fun and get creative!!!
